When sending tokens, keep enough of the network’s native coin at the same address to pay the transaction fee. Tokens alone are not enough to send the payment.

When you pay with the network’s native coin, we set aside an estimated fee reserve. If actual costs are lower, the remainder returns to the address under “Additional”, or to the address you paid from if you leave that field empty. The return transaction fee is deducted from the remainder. When paying with tokens, the displayed fee is fixed and deducted from the exchange proceeds.
