Data we process

Account data includes your email address, profile details and preferences, authentication data and selected security measures. Your password is used to verify sign-in; do not send it or one-time codes to support.

Transaction data includes assets and networks, addresses, amounts, fees, TXID and statuses, payment-balance history, SCI invoices, project details and integration parameters you provide.

Technical data includes your IP address, browser information, request times and outcomes, sign-in and activity events, and error and security records. A separate browser identifier is used for visit statistics.

Support enquiries include your name, contact email and message content, including information you attach. Newsletter subscriptions involve the email address you provide.

Purposes and grounds

Data is used to create and maintain accounts, carry out requested operations, calculate fees, deliver notifications and answer enquiries. Processing necessary to provide a requested service relates to fulfilling the relationship between the user and operator.

Access protection, abuse prevention, diagnostics and statistics support platform security and reliability. The applicable ground depends on the purpose and law; where consent is required, it must be separate from merely visiting the site. Legal obligations may require particular records to be retained or disclosed.

Recipients and public networks

To perform an operation, data may be transmitted to participants in the selected network and technical providers involved in that service. SCI payment information is delivered to the merchant through its configured notifications. Connected external services also have their own data-processing terms.

Addresses, amounts and transactions in public blockchains may be available to any network participant and retained independently of CoinVertus. Removing an account or interface entry does not erase the distributed ledger. Network participants and external providers may be located in other countries.

Internal access is granted for operational tasks. Government disclosure requests are considered under applicable law. Disclosures to third parties must remain consistent with the stated purpose and data-protection requirements.

When you order a full AML report, the selected address and network are sent to an external blockchain analysis service. The request does not include your login, email or payment balance. We retain the submitted target, results and payment records for your private history and repeat viewing.

Retention and protection

Retention depends on the data category and purpose: maintaining an active account, carrying out a transaction, handling an enquiry, preventing abuse or meeting legal obligations. Deletion requests are assessed in light of pending transactions, mandatory records and the protection of the parties’ rights.

Routine cleanup removes first-party daily visit records older than 65 days. Cookie lifetimes are listed separately and do not determine how long accounts or transaction history are retained.

Protection includes authentication, access controls and technical safeguards for stored data. Users are also responsible for securing their credentials and devices. Do not submit secrets through contact forms.

Your requests and rights

You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object where applicable law provides these rights. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send your request from your account email and specify the data or action concerned. To prevent disclosure to another person, verification of identity or account ownership may be required. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we will explain why under applicable law.

Contact support about this document. State the subject of your request and your account email if it is relevant.
