How cookies are used
Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser and returned with subsequent requests. CoinVertus uses them for sessions, persistent sign-in, interface preferences and first-party visit statistics.
A cookie is not a program and does not itself grant access to device files. Its purpose depends on the value stored and how the website processes it.
Cookie list and lifetimes
The table lists application cookies. A lifetime is the maximum browser storage period and may restart when a cookie is renewed. Server-side retention is addressed separately in the privacy policy.

Visit statistics
The cvc_visitor cookie supports first-party statistics. The site stores daily records with a derived visitor identifier and distinguishes guests, signed-in users and bots. Routine cleanup removes daily records older than 65 days. The browser cookie may still last up to 90 days.
Managing cookies
Browser settings let you inspect, delete or restrict site cookies. To end authenticated access, also sign out of your account. Deleting cookies may reset language, currency, list preferences and session state.
Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in and form submission. External websites and services have their own policies; this document describes CoinVertus cookies.
